Framing Padangbay 2Still on framing Padangbay. In this capture, I tried to make a more complicated framing. I used the arc of a traditional boat as a frame for three different objects, the cloud, the boat, and another traditional boat.

Framing Padangbay 1Padangbay is a village in Karangasem regency, Bali. Since it’s a bay, it’s used as a seaport. On this picture, I just want to capture a different look of Padangbay. It’s a framing of boat with one part of a traditional boat.

Not Shy AnymoreA Sensitive Plant. In Latin, it’s called Mimosa pudica (pudica = shy). In Indonesia, it’s known as Putri Malu (Shy Princess). If you touched or shaken its leaves, they would fold inward and droop. That’s why it’s named shy princess. But, if you saw its beautiful flower-head, don’t you think the princess isn’t shy anymore?
