We were going to go in, but there was a fee, and so we passed. Tried taking this shot without flash.. oops.

I took this shot yesterday at Sidi bou said town , there was like a festival that takes place in this town every year , I saw this man who has a very interesting face , I’ve taken a portrait of him and this hand-portrait while he was walking..I’m going back there today too , and I will try to take a better portrait of him because I wasn’t fully satisfied with the one I have after seeing it on the comp in full size..So this is his hand and hopefully the next post will be a good portrait

I can see that these photos don’t draw attention like cats and butterfly shots..But life isn’t always beautiful..This guy got happy when photographing him not because he is proud of his scars but probably because he felt that he could be important and interesting maybe for the first time of his life..

I’d been meaning to take this shot for about a week, the way the bush of purple flowers had suddenly bloomed and was reflecting in the pond in the morning sun – it’s why I love living so close to the park.
I only just made it, a couple of hours later the GBS ended and a summer of rain began.

Photos taken in/around Monument in London, coming down from the summit of monument was quite scary as I hate spiral staircases i think I prefer the other shot better

spent ages trying to get a good shot of these multi coloured windows, almost reminded me of stained glass in churches
